Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, is missing, is incorrect or does not match its description, please contact us. Clear photographs of the item and packaging help us investigate.
We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Slabers covers necessary return costs for valid fault or description claims. These rights are separate from change-of-mind returns and are not limited to 14 days.
Market-price changes, disappointing booster contents and unexpected grading results do not, by themselves, make an accurately described item faulty.
Returns and cancellations
For eligible online consumer purchases, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, or the last item where one order is delivered separately. Applicable extensions for weekends and public holidays apply. You may also notify us before delivery.
To withdraw, send a clear statement to contact@slabers.com or use the “Return or cancel an order” link on our website. The optional form below may also be used.
Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us. Customers pay the direct return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
Outside statutory rights, additional change-of-mind returns or exchanges are at our discretion.
Returned condition
Please return the same goods and all supplied contents, securely packaged. Retain original packaging where possible; tracked delivery and proof of postage are recommended.
You may inspect goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where further handling reduces their value, a lawful deduction reflecting that actual loss may apply.
Opening booster packs, removing factory seals, breaking grading holders or damaging cards can substantially reduce collectible value. Any deduction will be assessed individually and explained.
Refunds
For a valid withdrawal, refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 days of your notice. Unless we offered to collect the goods, we may withhold payment until we receive them back or receive evidence that you sent them, whichever happens first.
For withdrawal from a whole order, we also refund original delivery charges up to the least expensive standard delivery option offered. Express or upgraded delivery supplements are excluded.
Refunds use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a refund fee. No standard cancellation, payment-processing or restocking fee applies to statutory withdrawals.

Contact us for practical return instructions. Waiting for a reply does not extend the statutory return deadline.
