Shopify hosts the store. Your purchase is from the seller identified above.

Our Raw & Sealed Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy explain specific aspects of your purchase. Please read them alongside these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Mandatory consumer protections take priority if any wording conflicts with them.

Shopping and placing an order

Choose the product and any available options, check the quantity and delivery information, and review the total before completing checkout. Submitting an order through the payment button creates an obligation to pay.

You must have the legal capacity to purchase, or the necessary authorisation from a parent or guardian where applicable. Use accurate contact and address details and a payment method you are authorised to use. Keep access to your customer account secure.

We send an email confirming your order details. Contact us promptly if something is incorrect or you want to request a change. We will explain whether a change can still be made; this does not limit your cancellation or withdrawal rights.

If an inventory error or another issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to explain the problem and arrange the appropriate next steps. We will not replace an item, require additional payment or substitute store credit for a refund without your agreement. Any rights arising from our failure to fulfil an order remain available.

Products, photographs and condition

The individual listing describes the goods being offered, including relevant language, edition, quantity, condition and grading details.

Actual-item photographs show the specific item offered. Stock photographs and collection artwork are illustrative where identified as such. Screen settings can affect colour appearance, but this does not change our obligation to supply goods matching their description.

Please use our Raw & Sealed Policy to understand our condition categories and sealed-product descriptions. An ungraded card does not carry a promised future grading score. Existing grades are those assigned by the grading company identified in the listing.

Booster contents are random unless the listing expressly specifies particular contents. Purchasing a pack does not guarantee a particular pull or future resale value.

Handmade or Slabers-made items are identified in their listings. Purchasing an item containing Pokémon artwork does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros unless the store expressly displays another currency. Consumer prices include taxes we are legally required to charge. Delivery charges and the full amount payable are shown before you complete checkout.

The payment methods available for your order appear at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or banking charges.

We may change prices for future purchases. Changes in collectible market values or later promotions do not automatically change the agreed price of an existing order or create a separate price-matching entitlement. They do not remove applicable withdrawal rights or remedies for a problem with the goods.

If we discover a genuine listing or pricing mistake affecting your order, we will explain it and seek a lawful resolution. We will not charge a higher amount without your express agreement. A mistake does not give us an unrestricted right to cancel an existing contract.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Cyprus. Available destinations within Cyprus and the EU, delivery services and charges are shown in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery estimates depend on the destination and service selected. Unless another delivery period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days. Your legal rights if delivery is late or fails remain unaffected.

For delivery arranged through a carrier we offer, we remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, take physical possession. Contact us if a parcel is missing or arrives damaged so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. A carrier investigation does not suspend your statutory rights.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our Refund Policy sets out how to request cancellation, exercise applicable withdrawal rights and return goods.

For eligible online consumer purchases, the withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from receipt, subject to the rules explained in that policy. You can also notify us before delivery.

Rights relating to faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods are separate. Applicable consumer purchases carry a legal guarantee of conformity, generally lasting at least two years from delivery. Available remedies include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund.

Disclosed wear on a collectible is assessed against the agreed description and applicable law. Condition categories, random booster contents and manufacturer processes do not excuse a product that fails to conform to the contract.

Website use and content

Do not use the store to commit fraud, use unauthorised payment details, introduce malicious software, interfere with security or conduct other unlawful activity. We may take proportionate steps to prevent misuse while respecting existing contractual and consumer rights.

Slabers branding and original website materials are protected where applicable by intellectual property law. Pokémon, grading-company names and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Slabers is an independent seller; a brand reference does not by itself indicate endorsement or affiliation.

We aim to maintain an accurate and accessible store, but technical interruptions can occur. This does not remove our responsibility for existing orders. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions, complaints and applicable law

Email contact@slabers.com with your order number, where available, and the issue you would like us to resolve. Photographs and relevant correspondence can help us investigate. We will explain the proposed next steps.

These terms are governed by Cyprus law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, this choice does not remove mandatory protections you benefit from under the law applicable to your purchase, including protections in your country of habitual residence where relevant.

These terms do not require you to bring a claim exclusively in Cyprus where consumer jurisdiction rules give you the right to use another competent court.

Updates

We may revise these terms for future purchases. The version applicable when you place your order continues to govern that purchase unless a change is lawfully agreed. The revision date appears above.

If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it does not remove mandatory rights or automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.
